TERMS & CONDITIONS

• All package prices are based on Ringgit Malaysia (RM) nett per person

• Exchange Rate: RM 1.00 to US$ 0.26

• Check-in time: 3.00 pm, Check-out time: 12.00 pm, noon. Late check-out after 12 pm up to 5 pm is chargeable at a minimum of RM 60 per room for 2 persons, additional person at RM 10 per person. After 5 pm, total room charge is applicable.

• Surcharge RM 15 per person per night applies on packages during peak dates as specified in the Hotel calendar.

• Package price does not include entrance fee for Round Island Tour.

• All arrangements outside the Hotel are caried out by Licensed Operators.

• Full payment via Telegraphic Transfer (TT) or Credit Card Authorisation must be received by the Hotel by the given deadline of 24 hours or the reservation will be cancelled automatically.

• Credit card is to gurantee booking and only upon cancellation or "no show" will it be charged.

• Refunds may be made by the Hotel in the following circumstances:
  – Optional arrangements are not available or our suggested alternative is not acceptable by the guests
  – Booking is cancelled by the guests within the "Cancellation Period"
       • 60 days and above before check-in date, the full amount
         will be refunded
       • 21 days and above before check-in date, only one room
         night per room will be charged
       • 7 days and above before check-in date, 50% of
         the fully paid amount will be refunded
       • Below 7 days, there will be no cancellation acceptable
         and there will be no refund
  – Any refund will be subject to a 10% administrative charge or a minimum of RM 10 per confirmed booking.

• All rates are valid until 31 December 2001 but are subject to change without prior notice
